Shivum and his wife are great! We didn't end up choosing this complex as I needed something closer to work, but both of them are vigilant landlords that are easy to work with and care about their property and tenants!
Mike and Justin are unlike any PMC I have EVER worked with. They are extremely professional and friendly and I have had an amazing experience living at their property. Whenever I put in a work order, it was completed the next day, or if it could not be completed, they would let me know they are working on it and keep me in the loop entirely. I had to move out sooner than expected and they were very accommodating in working with me to approve a new roommate with no issues at all. They had 2 BBQ's since I moved in and I attended both of them and had an absolute blast. This property is in an amazing location and is the nicest apartment complex in the area. Trust me, you want to live at The Avery in O4W. Stop looking around!
Mike and Monique were fantastic to work through the leasing process. I was blown away how awesome their customer service was during the process. For example, both met me a few times, last minute, so I could drop off necessary documents. We are very excited about our new home @ The Avery.
